El Dorado Garlic & Chilli Co’s garlic is grown chemical free relying on winter rainfall and minimum watering from deep underground springs.

Tassie Purple is a well-known Australian hard neck garlic variety, originally grown widely in Tasmania and now also grown on mainland boutique farms. Hard neck garlic is usually easier to peel and has a rich, full garlic flavour. 

The garlic season is usually Dec-May.
